A bit about us
In the beginning
Aromatics Ltd started in 2004 and since grown to include several shops throughout Staffordshire, and now Cheshire, specialising in Yankee Candle. We take great pride in offering premium home fragrance brands whilst offering impeccable customer service to our valued customer base.
Our first store; The Candle Shop opened in 2004 during the development of the first phase of Trentham Retail Village, Staffordshire and was one of the first units to open on site.
The Candle Shop was developed based on the provisory, as agreed with Yankee Candle, to solely merchandise and sell Candle products; and to trade as an official UK stockist of Yankee Candle.
This agreement created a retail service which was focused solely to the Yankee Candle customer, enabling employees to train, develop and tailor their knowledge exclusively to Yankee Candle thus ensuring a comprehensive shopping experience for the Yankee Candle customer.

We have then continued to open stores in Crewe, Hanley and the Affinity Outlet at Talke.
At the beginning of 2019 we launched this website to continue offering our products and customer service to a wider audience of customers across the UK.
